With over 60 + years as a Performer, Singer, Actor, Talent Agent and now Talent Manager and Music Publisher, what I have learned, you can't learn in school, you have to live it. It's called the school of hard knocks. It took years to learn what I know, and what I don't know, I ask someone who knows more than I do, or I go to many reference books to find the answer I wish to use my theoretical, professional experiences, knowledge, and talents to assist in furthering others careers.

We are looking for new acts to sign with our Independent record label  "Blind Monkey Records"

Being signed to a label gives the artist more credibility and a way to get their music out to the public and get noticed. Blind Monkey Records can be a great stepping stone and a great launching platform for bands and solo artists we work with.

45th Ave., Music (ASCAP) is the Music Publishing Company wing of GSM Entertainment's, Inc.

is an ASCAP Music Publisher, and we are affiliated with The Harry Fox Agency. Both these organizations are authorized to issue licenses for our published music and collect royalties on our behalf.

ASCAP collects royalties from "Performance" TV, Film, Commercials, and Live Performances.

Harry Fox collects royalties from "sales", ASCAP sends collected royalties to the publisher and writer, HFA send royalties to the publisher and in turn The publisher forwards 50% to the writer. The standard  between Publisher and Writer is an automatic 50/50 split. Some record labels demand more. We are happy with the 50/50 split
